Our Process

Down payment- An assigned amount that is used to upstart the production needs offshore. We will require a 20%-50% down payment for all new clients. All terms of the down payment are negotiable and shall be in accordance of the purchase agreement. Irrevocable L/C or TT (bank wire) are acceptable forms of down payments. Due to the global shortage in PPE and other medical devices worldwide, we require in most cases 50% down payment before the process can begin.

Axcess Asia will evaluate which form of payment is suitable on a case by case basis. All transactions are unique and will require terms and conditions spelled out clearly in the purchase agreement.

• Commercial Bank – Citibank, Bank of America, etc…
•  Finance Company – PO financing. Factoring,
• Private Investment – Hedge or Private Equity Funds, Investment Groups
• Angel Investor – Offshore wealthy individual that need to float capital short term.
